Dear Simona & 'Visit Lithuania' Team,We recently returned home to Australia after five weeks of travel, two of which were spent in Lithuania.
We had five extra days in Lithuania & travel between Vilnius & Kaunas was organised by your company. My contact person was Jolanta & she was extremely efficient & helpful. She offered suggestions re transfers & accommodation & nothing we asked for was too much trouble. All pick ups for transfers were on time, the drivers very polite & the cars very comfortable. Everything went very smoothly.
The Lithuanian Experience Tour was excellent! It went to all the important places, there were various stops to see sites along the way & the detailed commentary from our guide Loretta was outstanding. For my husband & I the highlight of the trip was visiting the Curonian Spit & the Baltic Sea - a very special & different place to visit.
The location of all of the hotels was excellent & the standard was comfortable with good breakfasts. My only comment would be that I felt that in Druskininkai, Kaunas & Klaipeda there was too little free time to wander & see the place. I like to buy things along the way & I think it is important for the Lithuanian economy that tourists get the opportunity to spend money! I think that 10 days covering so much was the right amount of time. As most of your clients are probably older it is a fairly intensive trip so I don't think it needs to be any longer. It really was an excellent way to see the highlights of Lithuania.
Your young company is outstanding. Well done!
Also a big thank you to our guide Loretta & lovely & helpful coach driver Jonas.
This was my second visit to Lithuania & although I may not join another tour I would have no hesitation in contacting your company again to assist with transfers & accommodation for a more individualised visit next time.
Once again, thank you to Jolanta & your team for an outstanding & memorable visit to Lithuania.

Jolanta,Thank you for your help with my trip to Lietuva. I really liked the Domus Maria Hotel in Vilnius. The drives to and from airport, to Kaunas, and to Kernave were all very good. The tour with Vilmante and Tautvydas were excellent. Vilmante is terrific, as I am sure you know. I was very pleased with everything. Thank you for your time, effort, and consideration.

Hello,I'm happy to respond to your query about my vacation in Lithuania. I found the guide to be very knowledgeable concerning the history of the country as well as the current environment. Virginia's English was excellent which made it very enjoyable for the whole group. The size of the group was perfect for this adventure. The minivan was so comfortable with room for all of us to spread out. The group was very compatible and the efforts by Visit Lithuania to accommodate our wishes was extraordinary.

Hello Jolanta,Safely back home again. Thanks for the arrangements, everything went finally very well. Our group was very satisfied regarding the transport services and your kind partiticipation on our trip. The hotel was clean, silent and well positioned for old town walking, good restaurants close to it and good hotel personnel service. My family and I had a great time! I was so happy to be in the land of my grandparents and other ancestors!
We were happy to have Viriginija as our tour guide. The other 6 people on our tour were very friendly and we enjoyed each others company.
It is the 4th of July here and our Independence Day. It was beuatiful to see the Lithuanian people enjoying their independence!

Dear Jolanta,We had a wonderful tour with Iga and Juri driving through Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia (the Jewish Heritage trail tour).
We have been on many tours and Iga is the best guide we have ever had. She has amazing energy, enthusiasm and knowledge.We were very grateful that Iga was aware of this and showed us all that we wanted to see such as The Hill of Crosses and a walk on a Baltic Beach.
Jurij was a very good and careful driver and most obliging and polite at all times. The vehicle was very comfortable and spacious.
Thank you for your help! We really enjoyed the tour immensely

The nice guide, nice bus driver, good schedule, good organisation!
Everyday, we looking forward to have a taste of the next traditional specialty in lunch. I like Lithuania food! It's more delicious than hamburgers, steak etc.
Yep, I must say I was shocked when I saw the BIG GREEN in Karine!! What an incomparable scenery!!! I strongly suggest that arranging more time in Karine! It couldn't be better if we can go for a walk along the riverside! lol
If I have chance, I would definitely come back!

Hi, Jolanta,This is Ocean, the cordinator of Liaoning University for this summer school at Vilnius University.
Without a doubt, two-week time for tours and excursions goes very fast. Thanks for your kind working staff, all the summer school participants shared very nice time there to enjoy Lithuanian historical site and natural scenes, truly impressive.
Well, students give the driver a nickname—big bird, a nice person. Also the nice and kind lady Olga, I got a CD that involves Lithuanian popular songs from her. Everybody gets quite well along with her.
In regards to tourism, I think Visit Lithuania has many channels to expand business scope. One is Chinese-speaking guide and booklet or map. In fact, last October, I’ve been to Vilnius once, and took a meal at local Chinese resturant. The boss told me that the whole city had very few Chinese, most of them working in the kitchen. But in this summer, I’ve seen at least four tour groups from China visiting Old Town. More and more tourists from China take interest in this lovely place. Travel componies can have better growth with good preparations and special features amid fierce competition. Another point is the advertisement, I have to admit that I don’t know the name of Lithuanian capital city before last October:) But after spending time there, I find it is a really fantastic place to be. So advertisement campainge is a necessary step to explore tour market. Hopefully, the people both in Lithuania and China can share understanding and friendship through your services:)
